Outbound communications
Cadence can send emails and SMS messages to members automatically - for things like enrolment confirmations, payment receipts, and reminders. Each message type can be enabled or disabled per member, and your organisation controls which email and SMS provider is used to send them.

Delivery timing
Section titled “Delivery timing”Large batches of messages (for example, a bulk send to all members) may take a few minutes to complete. If messages appear to be stuck for an unusually long time, contact your Cadence administrator or support contact to check provider configuration.
