Enrolments

Used in

Enrolments place a member into an activity for a period of time. Cadence separates how the booking works (ongoing, one-off, or waitlist) from labels that describe the booking (such as Trial or Makeup).

Every enrolment has one of three kinds:

Kind What it means
Active Ongoing placement in an activity, usually with a recurring fee schedule.
Casual A one-off or short booking for a specific session or date range.
Waitlist Holds a place in line without taking a capacity spot until converted later.

Trial and makeup bookings are still casual enrolments. Cadence marks them with the built-in Trial or Makeup labels so staff can see and report on them clearly.

  • Enrolment labels - create organisation labels, set capacity limits, and use Trial and Makeup badges.
  • Vouchers - configure voucher types, issue credits to members or households, and book with a voucher.
  • Makeup enrolments - auto-issue makeup vouchers after absences, and book makeups from checkout.
  • Move to another activity - transfer a member between activities.
